As a web designer and data entry specialist at Hookah GT Wholesale Distributor, I had two roles.

Web Designer: I was responsible for making the website visually appealing, easy to use, and reflective of our product quality. I focused on responsive design, visual appeal, and an improved user experience.

Data Entry Specialist: My role included accurately inputting and managing product data, ensuring inventory updates, and keeping content current.

In essence, I contributed to both the aesthetics and functionality of our online platform while maintaining accurate product information.

– 2023 – 2024 –

As a web designer and data entry specialist at Hookah GT and Hookah Partner, I was key in driving sales growth and improving operational efficiency for both companies.

Web Designer and UX/UI Specialist: I was responsible for designing functional and visually appealing websites that improved the user experience while effectively showcasing our products and branding. By optimizing the user interface and focusing on a smooth, easy-to-navigate design, we saw a significant increase in online conversions, directly boosting sales. I also implemented SEO strategies that helped drive more site traffic and improved our search engine rankings.

Data Entry Specialist: I accurately managed product data, ensuring that inventory, pricing, and product descriptions were always up-to-date. By streamlining our content management systems, I reduced errors and improved internal processes, allowing for better stock management and quicker responses to customer demands.

Team Collaboration: This was my first time working with a full team across marketing, sales, design, warehouse, and customer service. I collaborated closely with these departments to coordinate product launches, sales campaigns, and logistical solutions. I also maintained direct contact with suppliers, handling requests, to ensure smooth operations and timely deliveries.

In short, my contributions to design, data management, and cross-team collaboration led to increased sales and improved overall business efficiency.

Exploring Shopify Plus

As an expert in Shopify Plus, I built my first websites using its tools, mastering the platform’s technologies. I managed both the development and UX/UI design, creating visually appealing and functional websites that provided a seamless shopping experience. My ability to customize Shopify Plus allowed me to tailor the sites to our business needs and audience.

Integrating Liquid

As an experienced Liquid developer, I used Shopify’s templating language to customize themes, create dynamic content, and build highly functional e-commerce websites. By leveraging Liquid, I was able to modify store layouts, create custom sections, and integrate third-party tools seamlessly. My expertise in Liquid allowed me to deliver flexible and engaging shopping experiences, tailoring Shopify’s functionality to meet the unique needs of the business and its customers.

WordPress

I revolutionized our online presence. With WordPress's, I effortlessly built and managed our website, customizing it to perfectly reflect our brand identity. Its extensive plugin ecosystem allowed me to add powerful features and functionalities to our site, from e-commerce capabilities to SEO optimization tools. With WordPress, I empowered our team to create, publish, and maintain content easily, ensuring that our website remained dynamic and engaging for our audience.

Configuration With WOO

As a WooCommerce expert, I customized and optimized e-commerce websites by integrating advanced features, configuring payment gateways, and managing product listings. I used WooCommerce’s flexibility to build tailored shopping experiences, ensuring seamless functionality and an intuitive user interface. My work included developing custom plugins, optimizing site performance, and integrating third-party tools to enhance both the front-end and back-end of the store, resulting in improved conversions and customer satisfaction.

Code With PHP

As an expert in PHP within the WordPress environment, I customized themes, developed plugins, and extended core functionality to meet specific business needs. By leveraging PHP, I was able to create dynamic and scalable solutions, from custom post types and shortcodes to API integrations and back-end optimizations. My deep understanding of PHP and WordPress allowed me to enhance site performance, security, and flexibility, tailoring the platform to deliver a more personalized and robust user experience

Server Management

During my tenure with Plesk, I transformed our web hosting management experience. With Plesk's user-friendly interface and robust features, I efficiently managed multiple websites and server configurations from a single dashboard. Its comprehensive toolkit empowered me to easily deploy applications, monitor performance, and ensure the security of our web infrastructure.

Expert Elementor

As an expert, I leveraged an extensive widget library to create visually stunning and highly functional websites. With deep knowledge of coding, I ensured seamless integration with WordPress, allowing for advanced customization and efficient management of site content. My expertise enabled me to bring creative visions to life while optimizing the design for user experience and functionality, resulting in websites that truly resonated with our audience.

Harnessing the Power of Figma

During my tenure at Figma, I relied on its powerful features to streamline our design processes. With Figma, we seamlessly collaborated on projects, shared feedback in real-time, and iterated on designs efficiently. Server Management

As a proficient cPanel user, I managed web hosting environments with ease, handling tasks such as setting up domains, managing databases, configuring email accounts, and optimizing server resources. cPanel’s interface allowed me to streamline website maintenance, implement security measures, and perform backups efficiently. My expertise in cPanel ensured smooth site performance, secure environments, and reliable hosting management across multiple websites.

Using Google Search Console:

Monitor and optimize website performance using Google Search Console. This involves analyzing search data, addressing indexing issues, and improving visibility in search results.

Integrating Google Analytics:

Implement and manage Google Analytics to gain detailed insights into web traffic, user behavior, and other key data. Use this information to enhance the overall effectiveness and performance of websites.

Designing in Adobe:

Utilize Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Canva to create visually appealing and customized elements on websites. This includes graphics, images, logos, and other design elements contributing to a cohesive visual experience.

Tracking in Monday Platform:

Use the Monday platform to manage and track projects, assign tasks, and ensure an efficient workflow. This may include coordinating activities related to design, layout, and project implementation.
